Pond & Company is a multi-disciplinary architecture, engineering, planning and construction management consulting firm with a history of service to the government sector. To support their recruitment efforts and to appeal to a broader market, they asked CMD to design a more progressive identity that simultaneously reflected their heritage and their forward thinking. CMD delivered a new typeface logo and used photo montage images on the re-designed Pond Web site to tell the story—and provided a new tagline that reinforced the images: Responsive People.
