Driving higher response rates


For several years NCR had pursued a 6-month direct mail campaign to invite global CEOs to an annual seminar. They asked CMD to improve the impact and appeal of their mailing package for their three-day, executive-level event at Chateau Elan, a world-class resort, winery, golf course and spa. CMD changed the campaign approach by designing three unique mailers that linked the amenities of Chateau Elan to NCR’s industry messages. CMD used site photography, key-word themes, bulleted content points and translucent vellum envelopes to reach a record level for event enrollment.
