Communicating the parent company’s values


Tynesis Hydro was a company created through acquisition, and the parent company wanted to share its “mission and goals, and vision for the future” with its new employees. CMD developed materials that communicated the values of the parent company, a privately-held international business with four generations of ownership by the same family. Tynesis Hydro employees were reassured that their new company was a socially responsible organization that valued multi-cultural diversity, creativity, innovation and local decision making—and these important messages were delivered in an engaging format that was easy to understand in twelve languages.
