Helping financial employees prepare for the future
Financial
Wachovia is a wholly-owned financial services subsidiary of Wells Fargo. Prior to 2009 it was the fourth-largest bank holding company in the United States, with a diverse population of employees. Wachovia needed assistance in developing an internal communications program to help its employees prepare for retirement. The program was not directed solely at employees approaching retirement age; the campaign used conceptual photography to support the idea that it is never too early to start “looking toward the future.” Crawford/Mikus used print collateral, displays and posters to present a practical way for employees to save—backed with company incentives to increase participation. www.wachovia.com
